My client has attempted to resolve this matter amicably, however, due to your failure to vacate, my client is forced to take legal action to take possession of the property. Currently, this eviction lawsuit has not been filed and is not public record.
Please note that this letter is intended in good faith to resolve the issues surrounding your tenancy.
